[FriBidi] Bugfix for FriBidi regarding g_assert

Dear FriBidi developers,

I just found a fixed a bug that appears when FriBidi is built
with glib support. It doesn't include the header in which
the g_assert() macro is defined, resulting in warnings about
an implicit definition of g_assert() and linker errors about
a missing _g_assert symbol.

The attached patch fixes that.
