[FriBidi] fribidi for Unicode 6.1.0?

Hi all,

According to the website http://www.fribidi.org/
Latest fribidi-0.19.2 only supports Unicode 5.1.0.

Currently Unicode 6.1.0 is already out, which has some new arabic 
characters, I also believe there should have some changes between 5.1.0 
and 6.1.0.

I wonder if fribidi is still being maintained, and whether there is any 
plan to update fribidi to Unicode 6.1.0?
