[FriBidi] Conversion of 4-byte UTF-8 sequences.

fribidi_utf8_to_unicode() doesn’t currently support 4-byte UTF-8 sequences (although the converse, fribidi_unicode_to_utf8(), does).

Here is a patch to fix this.
