[FriBidi] I was not able to find the documentation of FriBiDi.

This seems like a nice a  start of a binding for fribidi for tcl, and you
can use it to display reordered strings in Tk. But that's about it. It
won't help you with editing, selections, and cut and paste, for which you
need to make Tk itself BiDi aware.
