[FriBidi] Last minute release 1.0.0 preparations

I made some minor cleanups, bumped the version, and as far as I'm concerned
the repo now contains what will be version 1.0.0 . If you have some last
minute comments please let me know. Otherwise expect a release announcement
and a tag in the next few days.
