[FriBidi] Last minute release 1.0.0 preparations

I tested cross compilation and it seems ok at least on my machine!

Thanks for the testing! It was really a newbee mistake of me to forget to
run "make distchecks"...

Let's wait another couple of days to see if something popups up, and then
I'll do the release.
