Thanks Dov - that's the advice I needed! I can build fribidi if I
run the meson tools from a Visual Studio command prompt - but not if
I run from a conventional Windows command prompt. That's where I
was going wrong...<br>

That was going to be my next question. What command do I need if I
want to generate a Debug build, rather than a Release build?<br>

static library, rather than a DLL?<br>
