On Mikhail's behalf, here's a belated announcement for
telepathy-sofiasip 0.5.17.

telepathy-sofiasip is a SIP implementation for the Telepathy framework.

Fixes:

* fd.o #22322: keepalive-interval is now unsigned and has saner semantics
* fd.o #17751: remove faulty assertion that base->self_handle == 0,
  which will fail in a future telepathy-glib
