Enhancements:

* Updated to telepathy-spec 0.17.26

Fixes:

* ChannelDispatchOperation: Read Channels property instead of incorrectly
  reading ChannelDetailsList (Patch from George Kiagiadakis
  <kiagiadakis.george at gmail.com>).
