[Ftp-release] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-butterfly 0.5.3 released

Here is telepathy-butterfly 0.5.3, the "I should have seen this coming
" release.
This is a very small bugfix release which fix the sending of offline
messages containing non-ascii characters.
