 * CM name changed from 'telepathy-gadu' to 'telepathy-sunshine'
 * Avatars implemented
 * Gadu-Gadu server resolver implemented (now CM automagically choose which
server is best for us)

 * Fixes in aliasing
 * Some connection problems fixed
