- Added a fsrawconference plugin
 - It just give the incoming packets straight to the output
- Added default codec preferences and element properties
- nice: Emit IPv4 candidates before IPv6 candidates for the dribbling
case with old versions, so it doesn't fail before getting a candidate
- nice: No longer return errors on a component before it has connected
