[Ftp-release] Poppler 0.16.6 released

Changes against the 0.16.5 release:
core:
 * Fix crash when getting the JavaScript (KDE Bug #268816)

qt4:
 * Fix unicode parsing of page labels (KDE Bug #274055)

This will probably be the last 0.16 release, but given my regtesting machine 
is still not back I might do another 0.16.x release if we have patches without 
regtest needs (like the ones in this release)

Testing, patches and bug reports welcome.
