In celebration of GStreamer 1.0, he is a matching version of Farstream

The only thing that needs porting from the application API is that
"relay-info" is now a GPtrArray instead of a GValueArray!

Changes:
- Official GStreamer 1.0 release
- Ported python example to GStreamer 1.0 and GTK+ 3
- Use GLib 2.32 APIs
- Made API more introspection friendly
- Ignore Error messages from the decoders
- Prefer Opus and VP8
- Various bug fixes
