[Galago-devel] add a line break tag to notification spec?

I think it is a good idea to add a line break tag  ( <br> ) to 
notification specification. Notifications are widely used, and now it is 
more than a couple of words. Knotify from kde, notify-osd already 
support line breaking with <br> tag, xfce4-notify has (rejected) patch.
