hex-a-hop

Hi,

I've cleaned hex-a-hop up a bit and uploaded it to:
http://repo.or.cz/w/hex-a-hop.git

It still has work to do to leave it in a proper state so that all the
distros can depend on it, but I guess i'ts a staring point.

It depends on libsdl1.2-dev and libsdl-pango-dev , and on gettext and
po4a for the translations.

Lets use this as a guinea pig to see if we can find a way to
coordinate our efforts :)
