GeoClue still in active development?

There is a gps backend (backend/position_gpsd/), but it's not complete.
geoclue_position_current_position() seems to be implemented, but all the
fancier methods are just stubs. It doesn't use the dbus api though.
Keith can probably fill in the details here if needed.
