New geoclue release

Hi Jussi,

Just wondering what's the chance of a new geoclue release? Its been
well over 12 months since the last release with things like opencellid
being added for the cell location stuff etc. There also seems to be a
number of patches all over the shop from various different projects
using geoclue so it would be nice to have somewhere central for it
all, especially with localization stuff kicking of in
gnome/moblin/maemo/mozilla
