Kroy, I have reviewed it and I think its great. Only thing I will add
is that userspace can also benefit from the regulatory infrastructure
from the kernel as well -- if no network connectivity has yet been
established and a wireless device tries to associate to an AP that is
sending country information elements that event will be visible to
userspace.
