tester for gpsd fixes

Hi Jussi,

although it took me some time, I managed to test the current gpsd provider in
geoclue with a recent gpsd and a gps device - it works well.

Yeah, I don't like it, too, but reading the glib docs made my head ache and I've
chosen the way which seemed to be the easiest for me. I'm happy to test changes
in the gpsd provider, but unfortunately I don't know when I'll have the time to
read trough the glib documentation and implement it in a better way...
