Connman support for GeoClue inside Meego

Despite I've already got several proposal to work on GeoClue, like the
provider selection algorithm, I've spent the last week playing a bit
with the Meego Netbook and Handset SDKs to evaluate the state of GeoClue
inside that platform.

It seems that GeoClue does not support Connman. I'm working on a patch
for implementing this missing feature, so the question is whether
someone is already doing, or thinking, the same. We could share the
work :) If someone has already a patch, or there is already a bug it
would be good also to know.
