I think it would be fine to also have it in a separate app. Any way
it can be released works for me!

but it is just about setting regdomain from GeoClue. That's VERY
different from writing the EEPROM, the only useful solution IMO.

Hmm, you have "runtime" config in mind, I was more thinking of an
administrative tool that is run just once and never again, unless
the device gets moved. Yes, it needs more administration.
