Relicensed to GPLv2+

Hi,
  Just to inform everyone/anyone interested that on Bastien's
suggestion, I've relicensed Geoclue to GPLv2+. This is mainly done so
that we can link against GPL libraries as well as GPL libraries[1] but
in general it makes sense for applications/services to be GPL anyways.
