[Glamor] glamor with xserver >= 1.13

Has any progress been made on this issue in the last two months? A lot
of distros are shipping xserver 1.13 already, or will soon.

Is there anything I can do to help? I'm afraid I can't be of much help
with the GL dispatch related code though, I think the expert in that
area is Intel's Ian Romanick.
