Patches have my reviewed-by.  Do you need me to commit them?  I have
one or two other small fixes to apply as well.

As noted by Zhigang, AMD plans to continue supporting glamor for older
distros, so we'll be continuing to work on the standalone tree and
will try to keep it closer to the xserver version.
