All,

I've been asked to do a GLU3 release for SIGGRAPH. This seems like as
good of a time as any. Now is the time for any last minute patches. :)

I've pushed a few odd changes recently, and I pushed a shader_helper
branch. This works pretty well on Linux w/GLX. I expect that it will
work on Windows, but I haven't tested it yet. I'll try to do that
tomorrow. The EGL version is completely untested. The path that
doesn't use any GetProcAddress (which I expect will eventually be used
on OS X) is also untested. I plan to give it some testing on Windows,
then merge it.

The only other significant change is that all angles are now measured in
radians. The documentation previously stated that angles were in
degrees to match the old fixed function GL interfaces. There were some
bugs (gluRotate, for example). I decided to change the angles to
radians to match GLSL. I also doubt that anybody ever really wanted
degrees in GL anyway.

I leave for LA early Thursday morning. I'm going to do a Windows build,
it will have to be before that. For this release the Windows build will
be from an ad hoc vproj file. I've talked to the Cairo guys, and I have
some ideas for doing a better build system in the future. I've also
gleaned some ideas from the Mozilla build system. I don't think it will
be too hard to make something that plays nice with Visual Studio and GCC.
