Obtaining the bundle

First I would like to know if the the official instructions for
building GStreamer for Android are posted here:

After successfully running
git clone git://git.collabora.co.uk/git/android/gstreamer-0.10_ndk_bundle.git
or
git clone  http://cgit.collabora.com/git/android/gstreamer_ndk_bundle.git

git submodule update --init   FAILS ( every time I tried :-) ) !!!
