Not able to update submodule

Hi there,

I'm trying to build Gstreamer with ndk by following the steps given in
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/GstreamerAndroid_InstallInstructions.

After obtaining bundle by

    git clone git://git.collabora.co.uk/git/android/gstreamer-0.10_ndk_bundle.git

command , I am trying to update by

    git submodule update --init

but it is giving me error as follows:

Cloning into faac...
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
Clone of 'git://git.collabora.co.uk/git/android/faac.git' into
submodule path 'faac' failed

Can you please explain whats gone wrong there and how can I proceed further.
