Latest GStreamer v 0.11.2 Integration

Hello everybody,

As we all know that new GStreamer v 0.11.2 has been released. Are there any
ports available to integrate this new version in Android.
I may give it a try to port this version on Android if I may be enlightened
about if there isn't much changes required in source code for that.
