They are all included as static libraries in the tarball/zip, but during
linking of your application inside the Android.mk you can decide which
of the plugins are to be included in the libgstreamer_android.so for
your application.

All that make sense, i.e. nothing X11 related or ALSA or other things
that won't work on Android.
