GST surfaceflingersink issue for Android ICS

Hi,

We are trying to play video on Android ICS using GST_PLAYER surfaceflingersink, but we are not able to view the video and we are not getting any error log.

will the surfaceflingersink works fine for android ICS or not ?

below mentioned link says surfaceflingersink works fine for only Ginger Bread but not for ICS

can anybody suggest any other alternative to play video using GST_PLAYER on Android ICS.

hi,

I am trying to build gstreamer using NDK, I am following
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/GstreamerAndroid_InstallInstructions.
Instructions ask to get build bundle from git clone git://
git.collabora.co.uk/git/android/gstreamer-0.10_ndk_bundle.git . But this
fails when it try to get faac submodule.

It seems that on git, these packages are available here

android/platform/external/collabora/

should I edit .gitsubmodules and use packages from
android/platform/external/collabora/

Or is there any other bundle or git for android build?
