Failed to allocate buffer while playing mp4 file

Hi all,

I tried to use Tutorial5 from Android tutorials to play a mp4 file on my
Samsun Galaxy Note 2.
I expected the mp4 is decoded by hardware but saw weird video frames on the
screen.
The audio is fine however.

>From LogCat, there are errors like
"gstamcvideodec.c:1053:gst_amc_video_dec_loop:<amcvideodec-omxsecavcdec0>
Failed to allocate buffer"
And also "gstamc.c:701:gst_amc_codec_dequeue_output_buffer Failed to call
Java method"
I need a favor to figure out how this going on?
