Sebastian,
I am pretty sure this is not encrypted, how can you tell ? If you are looking at the URI that says TestSIN-AES, in spanish that means "Test without AES"...
I'm attaching the project.
I added mpegtsdemux to the plugins, and now I am having the following error when playing the list:
On the UI I get:

"Error received from element ffdec_aac6: could not decode stream."

On the debug log:

D/ (28427): Device driver API match
D/ (28427): Device driver API version: 10

I am running this on a Samsung Galaxy SII with Android 4.0.4

That looks like an encrypted HLS stream. These are not supported yet.
