Building gstreamer tutorials: jni.h: no such file or directory

This is a known issue with the new NDK (r8e), which is fixed now
upstream. Replace the file share/gst-android/ndk-build/gstreamer.mk
with the following one:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer-sdk/cerbero/tree/data/ndk-build/gstreamer.mk
