recorded video with wrong speed

Hello,

I have a problem with video recording with gstreamer (android).
If i try to use videotestsrc or other src element the produced video never plays at the right speed.
It is going too fast, maybe a performance problem if it cannot encode all frames ?
Is there something that could help to control the speed rate of the output video ??
