Hardware acceleration

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab (Android 3.2) Gstreamer works fine for SD videos
but lags with HD ones (Not smooth) may be because of Hardware accélération
which is available only since 4.1 (for GStreamer sdk) because MXPlayer do
the stuff via HW acceleration.
