gst-plugins-bad: gl: Unable to build pipeline: no element "gloverlay"

Hi,

The steps to reproduce this error as below.
1. git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero
2. Build gstreamer 1.0 with ./cerbero-uninstalled -c
config/cross-android.cbc package gstreamer-1.0
3. git clone https://github.com/ecrawa/gst-sdk-tutorials.git
4. Import android
project gst-sdk-tutorials/gst-sdk/tutorials/android-tutorial-3
5. Run as android application.

The log from logcat is attached. Any ideas? Thank you!
