resolving nat issues on android with gstreamer

Hello,

I've developed an application on Android to transmit and receive audio
and video through RTP.

At the moment my app work only in an local area network but it doen't
work in a natted context.

I have read on the web that fastream [1] could be a solution to
resolve the problem but I've not found how to use it and if it is
available on Android.

Does anyone have any suggestion?
