gstreamer (1.2.4.1) not working with android 4.3

Hi,
I wanted to test imx6  freescale android box which has android 4.3 with
gstreamer tutorial 3. Though it was working with decodebin pipeline
(androidmedia)  and android 4.2.

It was getting following error.
