gstreamer (1.2.4.1) not working with android 4.3

A bug was already filed about the libvpx problem:

For the performance, without further details I can only guess. But
assuming that you actually use the hardware decoders, all recent devices
should properly support playback of 1080p30... however for this to work
properly in GStreamer too someone has to sit down and properly implement
a zerocopy path from the decoder element to the video sink for Android.
It's not really difficult to do, just needs someone to do it :)
