zero-copy pipeline test cases

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure if I did everything correctly but here
are the steps I took:

I compiled the amc plugin off of the Github repo (I think this is also
already merged in the main GST repo as well?).
I replaced the binary with the one found in the 1.6 armabi-v7a binary
distribution.
I re-linked my application against it
I ran the following pipeline: playbiin uri="/path/to/video.mp4"
video-sink=fakesink

The video is a UHD 4k 23fps sample which can be found here:

And I get constant logs about buffers' lateness, hence dropped. Here is the
actual log:
