API for capturing HDMI IN

Hello,

I’m looking for any doc/tutorials of how to use Streamer API to communicate with HDMI IN signal.
Something like this in command line:
gst-launch tvsrc device=/dev/video0 ! mfw_v4lsink disp-width=1024 disp-height=768 device=/dev/video17 & 

Could you point me the right section in the doc and/or general directions to follow.
