gstreamer android for noob like me

Hello From Cambodia ,
I have really trouble to built GSTREAMER with ANDROID STUDIO. I has search
many thing and i don't see any right document to start and i try test
everything. It's kind difficult for me to build GSTREAMER with ANDROID. Do
Gstreamer-Android team any last version to built to tutorial ? I tried with
cerbero but don't have well compiling and not reach success. So
Gstreamer-Android Team have any solution to help me ?

Here error down below, I got from compiling from tutorial-2 of GSTREAMER
ANDROID.

Expected output file at gst-build-x86_64/libgstreamer_android.so for target
gstreamer_android but there was none

Please kindly help me I try it 2 month ago.
