x265enc not found

Hello,

I am trying to create a pipeline where I use x265enc as my encoder. However when I run my application I get an error saying "gst_element_factory_make no such element factory x265enc". In Android.mk I have added the plugins that I am using and it seems to be working properly. For example I am able to use x264enc.

When running gst-inspect-1.0 | grep x265enc the output is: x265: x265enc: x265enc.

Is there anything else that I need to do in order to be able to use x265enc in my application?
