[gst-announce] New list: gstreamer-daily

As was pointed out, the irc logs were getting a bit too large to be
posting to the entire -devel list every night.  Instead, a new list has
been created, called gstreamer-daily.  The IRC logs and any other daily
email should be sent to this list instead of -devel.  If you wish to
continue to receive the logs regularly, subscribe to the list.  Otherwise,
they should (hopefully) be archived on sourceforge.
