GIT master semi-frozen for 1.2.0 release

Hi everybody,

GIT master for gstreamer, gst-plugins-{base,good,bad,ugly} and gst-libav
are semi-frozen for the 1.2.0 release early next week now.

Only commits that got a review by another GStreamer developer should be
pushed from now on until 1.2.0 is released. Ask for a review on IRC or
put a patch into Bugzilla and mark it as blocker for 1.2.0.
