GStreamer / freedesktop.org Code of Conduct

[Sebastian Dröge]

The GStreamer project now has a code of conduct, like all
freedesktop.org projects. This applies to both within project spaces
and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project or
its community, and as such applies to e.g. this mailing list, the
#gstreamer IRC channel on Freenode and GStreamer's Bugzilla.
