 Summary: playondemand parallel build broken
 
 when building the playondemand plugin for ppc, the libgstplayondemand.la is
 not built before the demo_mp3 binary needs it. 
 
 not sure why it's not observable on x86.  just a strage race, i suppose.
 
 attaching a patch to fix this.
