 the mp3 typefind function fails to recognise this mp3 with id3 tags as
 a valid mp3. The text/plain typefind function however incorrectly
 detects text/plain so things get even worse. The solution is to
 improve the mp3 typefind funtion to detect mp3 files with id3 tags and
 improve the text/plain typefind function.
