+If there is now registry gstreamer prints:
+
+GStreamer-ERROR **: No default scheduler name - do you have a registry ?
+aborting...
+
+It would be more ideal if it told the user to run gst-register as root - 
+maybe even offer to run it and ask for a password.
+
+Would it be possible to add it to make install?
